Our Legitimacy

Legitimacy & Real Brotherhood Bond

Black Bro Phi Fraternity Inc. is Deaf-owned and founded by a Deaf brother. We are a legally registered, private brotherhood for Black men, committed to Black excellence, leadership, and community.

Most of our brothers are hearing Black men, but all must respect our culture, values, and mission. This is not a casual group—we are a real brotherhood and family, built on trust, accountability, and commitment.

We are registered with the IRS under an Employer Identification Number (EIN) and officially recognized by the City of Los Angeles. We operate independently, with no affiliation to any university or college.

Our fraternity is invitation-only. We have a strict code of conduct:

  • No flakes – only serious, committed brothers.

  • No anonymous or fake profiles – credibility matters.

  • No random hookups – this is a brotherhood, not a dating platform.

  • No masks or pretending – we are looking for real bro-bond family. If you hide, make excuses, or try to play games, you do not match our fraternity—same high standards as other universities.

We maintain all legal and organizational standards to protect our members and the fraternity’s reputation.

Yes — we are real, legit, and recognized.

Joining Black Bro Phi Fraternity Inc. means stepping into a credible, respected, and serious organization, committed to empowering Black men through brotherhood, culture, and community impact.
